The KENNA Foundation serves individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families across the Pikes Peak region by improving access to healthcare, medical equipment, essential supplies, inclusive recreation, education, and caregiver support. Through community partnerships, advocacy, and innovative programs, we reduce barriers, promote dignity and independence, and build a more inclusive community where every individual has the opportunity to thrive.
Disability can change a life in an instant. When it does, families need more than services; they need hope, support, and a community that understands. The KENNA Foundation exists to ensure no one faces that journey alone by creating access, fostering inclusion, and helping every individual live with dignity and purpose. Together, we create the community we’d all hope to find.
This year, we’re expanding our medical equipment and supply program, growing inclusive community events, and strengthening caregiver support so more families across the Pikes Peak region have the resources, opportunities, and sense of belonging they deserve while building a more inclusive community.
Approximately 1 in 4 adults in Colorado; more than 1.06 million people live with a disability.
