Springs Ensemble Theatre produces intimate live theatre, develops new work and creates opportunities for artists across the Pikes Peak region. Our audiences sit close to the action, where bold stories become shared experiences that entertain, challenge and connect our community.
Colorado Springs deserves live theatre that is local, affordable and willing to take creative risks. SET gives artists a place to build ambitious work and gives audiences a place to encounter stories together. In an increasingly isolated world, gathering in one room to laugh, listen and think with our neighbors matters.
This season, SET will produce seven shows at the Fifty-Niner Speakeasy and PPSC’s Studio West, expand opportunities for local artists, develop new work and keep tickets affordable. Give! support also strengthens the practical capacity of our all-volunteer company.
SET creates more than 100 opportunities for local actors, directors, designers, technicians and other theatre artists each year.
“Amazing shows put on by amazing people and performed by amazing actors!” — Coben Scott
