PFLAG Colorado Springs is dedicated to creating a caring, just, and affirming world for LGBTQ+ individuals and those who love them. We provide support, education, and advocacy for the queer and trans community, their families, and allies. Our work includes monthly chapter meetings, a community newsletter, collaborations with local partners, and outreach at community events, all offering free resources to those in need.
Our advocacy saves lives. In 2025 alone, 118 anti-trans bills were passed across 27 states. In response, PFLAG stands firm: Our love is louder! We envision a world that is equitable and inclusive, where every LGBTQ+ person is safe, celebrated, empowered, and loved.
With your support, we aim to expand our outreach to better serve the LGBTQ+ community—especially LGBTQ+ youth, who face unique challenges. We also plan to launch a scholarship fund to support post-secondary education for LGBTQ+ students and allies. Join us in the fight for equality and inclusion.
PFLAG Colorado Springs, founded in 1994, has been a steadfast force for inclusion, safety, and support. For over 30 years, our all-volunteer organization has provided vital resources, education, and advocacy to LGBTQ+ individuals and their families—free of charge and open to all.
“We found PFLAG when our family was in full crisis mode. Our child came out as trans and was having suicidal ideations. We were so scared. PFLAG has provided us with a supportive community and resources. To be surrounded by other families who “get it” has been so important to us. We are so grateful.” — Parent and member of PFLAG Colorado Springs
