Home Front Military Network is a nonprofit that harnesses a network of over 50 partner agencies to provide military service members, veterans, and their families with personalized case management, emergency financial assistance, and trusted community resources – helping them navigate tough times and emerge stronger.
For service members, veterans, and their families, the war doesn’t end when the battlefields fade. It lingers in memories, in struggles to adjust to civilian life, in invisible wounds. The uniforms come off, but the fight continues – in homes, in hearts, in minds, every day. We honor their sacrifice by standing with them, because for many, the war is never truly over.
$5,000/year – keeps FOUR vulnerable veteran families out of homelessness
$2,500/year – provides long term case management for approximately 30 military and veteran families
$1,000/year – provides approximately 5,000 military and veteran families with web-based information and assistance
Since 2020, HFMN has provided $1.3M+ in emergency aid to 990+ households – 95% remained housed and 96% felt relief from stress thanks to long term, personalized support, 6 months after assistance.
“Working with Home Front Military Network was so easy. Home Front listened to me, listened to our needs…and it didn't end there. [They] continued to follow through to make sure that we were receiving the services. HFMN is there for you…” — Jennifer, spouse & caregiver for disabled veteran
