The Colorado Springs Chinese Cultural Institute (CSCCI) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering understanding and appreciation of Chinese culture through education, cultural exchange, and community engagement. Since 2001, CSCCI has created opportunities for people of all backgrounds to learn about Chinese traditions while providing resources, networking, and support that help Chinese individuals and families feel connected and welcomed within the Pikes Peak Region.
A donation to CSCCI helps preserve cultural traditions while building bridges between communities. Every contribution supports educational programming, cultural festivals, youth activities, community outreach, and volunteer-led events that make Asian culture accessible to everyone in the Pikes Peak Region. Every interaction is a chance to be that bridge.
We envision creating one of the premier cultural festivals in the Rocky Mountain region, attracting visitors from across Colorado while showcasing local performers, artists, educators, and businesses in an immersive celebration of Asian heritage.
Did you know everyone has a Chinese zodiac animal based on the year they were born? There are 12 zodiac animals, and each represents different personality traits and traditions. Learn more with CSCCI.
“The Gongfu tea demonstration is always one of my favorite parts of the festival. It's beautiful, interactive, and fascinating to see the collection of tea available! I've volunteered with CSCCI for several years, and every year I walk away having learned something new from the ceremony.” — High School Volunteer for the Tea House
