Tri-Lakes Cares is the Community Resource Center serving northern El Paso County. We provide food, financial assistance, case management, and resource navigation to support neighbors in crisis. Our goal is to ensure no one in our community has to choose between essentials like food, housing, and healthcare.
Life happens—job loss, medical bills, car trouble. TLC exists to help neighbors facing sudden hardship stabilize and move forward. We meet urgent needs with dignity and connect people to resources that strengthen their long-term wellbeing. When neighbors are supported, the whole community thrives.
This year, TLC aims to expand healthy food access, increase rent and utility assistance, and streamline neighbor support through improved resource navigation. Your support means more neighbors receive timely help during their most vulnerable moments.
In the last year, TLC provided over 360,000 pounds of food and $225,000 in financial support to neighbors in need across the Tri-Lakes region.
