HOPE COS provides a full continuum of care through emergency shelters, street outreach, recovery housing, peer support, reentry, and clinical services. We walk with people in their hardest moments with grace and compassion, meeting them where they are and pulling them up beside us. By filling gaps in existing services, we create pathways from crisis to recovery so that even the most vulnerable in our community can find stability, dignity, and hope.
We do this work because we know what it is like to feel helpless or to be seen as hopeless. We know what it is like to lack the capacity to prioritize our own well being, and to need a seventh chance when the world was only willing to give two. With grace and compassion, we choose to be the person we once needed, meeting people where they are so we can pull them up beside us with dignity, safety, and a path forward.
This year, HOPE COS will grow our clinical services through the creation of the Hope COS Continuum, a place where neighbors can access shelter, housing, reentry, peer support, and care in one space. By strengthening this network, we will create clear paths from crisis to recovery and lasting change.
Case management has been shown to reduce shelter entry by up to 50%. With our new Resource Center, HOPE COS is committed to bringing this kind of support and resources to our community.
“I was homeless at a point in my life and Hope COS helped keep me fed, clothed and sheltered from the winter storms last year. I am now 3 months sober and looking to give back to my community my time, energy and GOD fearing heart.” — SueAnna Harris
