Military and veteran families have sacrificed so much for us, but often they are reluctant to seek help until they are in financial or other crisis. When they are overwhelmed and don’t know where to start to find help, HFMN is with them, every step of the way. Together, we strengthen families, inspire resilience, and remind our military and veteran community they always have someone in their corner.
HFMN’s goal is to raise $10,000 which will provide 120 military and veteran families with long-term case management helping them navigate unexpected hardships. regain stability and restore hope.
In 2025, 98% of HFMN financial assistance clients remained stably housed 6 months after assistance, and more than 90% of all clients reported improved health and well-being because of HFMN’s support.
