Movement is for all! We serve the community through our Dance for Parkinson’s, Dancing Your Stories (Hillside Elder Dancers) & Hands Are For Holding community engagement programs promoting physical, mental & emotional wellness through the art of movement. Our school serves ages 3 to infinity in a welcoming environment where inclusivity & creativity meet & thrive. Our professional company connects COS with nationally recognized choreographers who bring different social & cultural points of view.
Dance & wellness go hand in hand as movement releases endorphins, strengthens memory & provides unique social interactions. The bond/connection in moving together makes us happier & healthier, positively impacting our community. We believe dance is an upstream solution to healthy living & invite all to find the joy in the multifaceted impact of moving creatively. Making Dances | Building Community
